After 14+ years of teaching fitness and Pilates classes in West Bridgford/Lady Bay I’m sorry to inform you but ALL OF MY CLASSES ARE NOW CLOSED.



I’m changing direction and am busy offering business coaching and training instructors (worldwide) online in my full-body, non-Kegel approach to pelvic floor function certification called “Your Pelvic Matters”.



The only client-based work I now offer is Personal Training specifically for pelvic floor dysfunction, online via Skype/Zoom.

The cost is £400 for 5 x 1-hour sessions with me, and the beauty is – you don’t even need to leave your house to make significant changes to your pelvic floor function.

All Personal Training sessions are video-recorded for you to review your exercise homework as many times as you like afterwards, and as long as you have a laptop, phone or tablet, you’re good to go!

Pelvic floor dysfunction won’t just go away I’m afraid, and my approach to rehabilitating it is very different from the “norm”.

So, if you’ve been doing the standard “squeeze and release” pelvic floor exercises regularly, and not feeling any change in your symptoms – a different approach may be exactly what your body needs.

    (prevention is better than cure, and education is power when it comes to increasing your chances of a natural birth)

  • Pudendal nerve entrapment
    (3 simple lifestyle changes can give you relief, plus you’ll learn a tonne of info about how the skeleton should be loaded)
