Monday 6pm / Wednesday 6:30pm

No classes – 14th, 16th, 21st or 23rd April 2014

Classes resume – week commencing Monday 28 April 2014

 

PREGNANCY PILATES

Tuesday 6:15pm

No classes – 15th or 22nd April 2014

Classes resume – Tuesday 29 April 2014

 

POSTNATAL FITNESS – MUMMIES AND BUGGIES

Wednesday 10am / 11am

No classes – 16th or 23rd April 2014

Classes resume  – Wednesday 30th April 2014

 

POSTNATAL PILATES

Monday 1:30pm

Next 6-week course runs Monday 28th April – 2 June 2014

NB – No classes Bank Holidays Monday 5th or 26th May 2014

 

IMPROVERS PILATES

Tuesday 7:30pm / Wednesday 8:15pm

Katie Watson is covering my Tuesday classes on 15th and 22nd April 2014

NB – Wednesday 8:15pm sessions are DOWNSTAIRS at the Methodist Church Hall for 15th and 22nd April 2014

 

BEGINNERS PILATES

Tuesday 8:30pm

Katie Watson is covering week 2 and 3 of the current 6-week course on Tuesday 15th and 22nd April 2014

LITTLE BLACK DRESS WORKOUT

Monday 8:30pm

No class – Monday 28 April 2014 or 5th May 2014 (due to Bank Holiday)
