When it comes to exercising after birth, the number one barrier new mums use to NOT being able to exercise is simply because they don’t have the time to do so. 

Sound familiar?

Well, with that in mind, here are 4 exercises for you, the new mum, to perform to burn some fat, tone up those problem areas and get the heart rate pumping.

Perform 20 reps of each exercise as shown, and note down your time. How did you do?

If you don’t do something NOW to get back into shape after birth, it may be even longer before you’re your old self again. 

Even when you’re at your worst, I’m certain with a bit of willpower and a change in mindset, you can find 10 minutes in your day to exercise with this video.
