HOW TO USE THE PROGRAM

  • Start by watching the Intro video, which will explain what kettlebell weight you need and a bit more about the program.
  • Use the Warmup and Cooldown video before and after you start moving.

Weeks 1-2

  • Watch and practise the 5 tutorials for Workout 1
  • Perform Workout 1 ideally 3-4 times per week for 2 weeks

Weeks 3-4

  • Watch and practise the 5 tutorials for Workout 2
  • Perform Workout 2 ideally 3-4 times per week for 2 weeks

Weeks 5-6

  • Watch and practise the 5 tutorials for Workout 3
  • Perform Workout 3 ideally 3-4 times per week for 2 weeks

Weeks 7-8

  • Watch and practise the 5 tutorials for Workout 4
  • Perform Workout 4 ideally 3-4 times per week for 2 weeks

Weeks 9-10

  • Watch and practise the 5 tutorials for Workout 5
  • Perform Workout 5 ideally 3-4 times per week for 2 weeks

Weeks 11-12

  • Perform the Final flow ideally 3-4 times per week for 2 weeks
  • You can do 1 or 2 rounds of the Final flow (or more if you want to!)
  • Increase your kettlebell weight for more intensity
