I’ll set you tasks each week to get you that little bit closer to creating and selling your niche course online. There’s a Facebook support group where you can ask questions in between, but you won’t be spending hours on social media learning from me.
During our 90-minute calls we will focus on one of the 8 elements of course design (see below). One call might be me teaching you something, other times, I’ll bring you onto video with me to discuss or critique your work (sales pages sell, remember), and/or sometimes I will bring in experts who I think can help you.
You already know everything you need to know about your craft, and you don’t need another educational course in your arsenal because what you do with clients in-person right now gets them results. You need someone to walk you through the technical steps slowly and patiently to get your offering out there to the masses!

1. Validating your course
To quantify that there’s a real desire for your online offering you need to firstly validate your course idea and you do this via collecting data from your ideal audience. This ensure that you don’t make the fatal mistake of creating a course that no one buys
2. Choosing your course type
Here, you’ll stop deliberating about all the nitty-gritty design details, and start learning about the practical differences between a membership, a program, a live course and a beta test. You’ll also discover the pros and cons of each of these and determine exactly where your course fits into your overall business
3. Designing your course
Finally get all of your creative ideas down on paper, have immense fun planning out your content into modules, and ascertain which mediums are best for your clients to absorb your teachings that suit YOU and them
4. Building your audience
Create interest in your course before you’ve even produced it, and build a following of raving fans who will be eagerly awaiting cart open day with their credit card, ready to pay you and dive into your amazing course work
5. Producing your course content
Here, I’ll whip the technological obstacles out from underneath you and show you step-by-step what I believe to be the simplest, most inexpensive ways to create, produce, edit, upload, store and share your content securely online with your clients
6. Mapping out your launch strategy
Fail to plan and your plan may well fail, so it’s important to map out your launch strategy way ahead of time by putting tasks in the diary, so you know exactly what you’re promoting when, and how, because if it’s not in the diary, it’s not getting done!
7. Pricing your course
Online course creators all over the world stumble and stall on this issue every day – to the point of paralysis – whereas with Claire’s 7-step pricing formula, you will NOT be allowed to deliberate for more than 3 days on the topic of money, and once your decision is made, it’s time to get out of your own way, and get serving your ideal clients!
8. Selling your course
It’s a noisy world out there, but applying all of the data from your first class together, you’ll really begin to understand the exact problems you’re solving for your audience, and in turn you’ll be able to craft an offer that sells and/or sells out!

My niche is the full-body approach to pelvic floor dysfunction and more specifically prolapse (can you get much more niche than that?!). I’m a Pelvic Floor Specialist first and the creator of “Your Pelvic Matters” online certification second. I’m a Teacher Trainer and also a Business Coach.
It’s not been the easy, smooth-sailing road to get here, but what I have done along the way is invest in myself and my business. I’m a visual, kinaesthetic learner, and a sensitive introvert. What kind of person is this for?
This 8-week program is for movement/wellness/holistic specialists who have a female target audience that they want to serve via an online program. “Cycle of life” fields such as fertility, prenatal, birth, postnatal, and menopause would be ideal, but if your skills are even more specific where you have a proven solution or system for foot pain, period pain, pelvic girdle pain, pelvic floor dysfunction or abdominal separation, jump onboard!

Payment plans are available, but once you are in you are locked in for the 8 weeks. If you get to the end of the 8 weeks and are not satisfied you can get a full refund providing you turned up for the calls and you can prove that you did the work.
When are the calls and what if I miss them?
The 10 x 90-minute call schedule is listed below (UK timezone listed).
